decay in children and adults
is through control of diet.
Basically if there is no
sugar in the diet then
there is no decay.

A good policy with children
is never to give them sweet
snacks or sweets between
meals. Keep sweets as a
treat and allow them to have
as much as they want, say
on a Saturday morning, but
that's it -until next Saturday.
They soon learn and their
appetites will improve.
